The Pennsylvania Area Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association (PASLA) is holding its inaugural Coaches Clinic on Sunday, Jan. 19 at Harriton High. The event, free for members, begins at 9 a.m. (doors open at 8:30) and guest speaker is Hofstra coach Shannon Smith. Shannon Smith, a three-time first-team All-American and NCAA champion at Northwestern, was the 2011 Tewaaraton winner. Girl’s Goalie Clinics: Grades 5th-12th. Saturday Jan 4th 6:00pm-8:00pm (Sessions 1 grades 9th-12th). Monday Jan 20th 9:00am-11:00am (Session 2 grades 5th-8th). Monday Jan 20th 12:00pm-2:00pm (Session 3 grades 9th-12th)
Instruction provided by Caitlin Kelley- MSI Girls Lacrosse Director and Archmere Academy Head Coach (formerly head coach at PIAA finalist Downingtown East). Focus will be on proper fundamentals and techniques in goalie mechanics. Spots are limited to 10 players per/session join now and don’t miss out on this opportunity to become a better shot stopper and field general.
Girl’s Winter Skills Clinic: Grades 5th-12th (for all field players). Thursdays Jan 9th. 16th, 23rd 4:30pm-6:00pm (3 sessions) with Caitlin Kelley- Focus on stick-work fundamentals, stick protection, dodging and checking. This clinic is designed for beginners and experienced players looking to enhance or develop offensive/defensive skills.
Girls Winter Skills Prep Sessions: Grades 5th-12th (all positions). Thursdays Jan 30th, Feb 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th (5 sessions 1 ½ hrs each) with Caitlin Kelley- Focus on getting ready for the spring season. Mix of fundamental skills, game strategy as well as off-ball movement, cutting and defensive skills double teaming and checking.
MSI also offers girls-private lessons, semi-private lessons, and team training. Our indoor fieldhouse allows us the ability to train regardless of the outside weather.

CrosseFire Instructional Lacrosse Clinics in January and February for girls in Grades 3 through 12. Clinics are available to all girls in grades 3 to 12. Seasoned high school athletes are challenged to meet the expectations of high level varsity and collegiate play. First time players are initiated into our country’s fastest growing sport. Clinics are held on either Saturdays or Sundays at two different locations.
