Why did you choose the school? “I chose Notre Dame first and foremost for its legacy and tradition in excellence; it was the perfect blend of competitive athletics and rigorous academics, in an environment that just made me feel at home. When I met with the team and sat in the locker room, they made me feel like one of the family. Coaches (Kevin) Corrigan, (Gerry) Byrne and (Matt) Karweck were great and personify what ND Lacrosse is all about.”
What is your team’s outlook for next season? “I feel very confident about the upcoming season. We are focused on winning PCLs and competing for the state championship. I have a very talented group of players in front of me when I step onto the field.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my mom and dad, but mostly my brother, for taking the time to come support and watch me play since fourth grade. Coach Gregg taught me everything I know about being a goalie, and through the years, has become a life coach: I just can’t thank him enough. I would also like to thank Tri-State Lacrosse, especially Coaches Whitlow, Turco, Jacobson, and Green for their endless support and instruction.”
Other schools considered? UPenn, Cornell, UVA, Delaware, Haverford College, and Villanova
