Arrowhead Lacrosse is partnering with Lower Bucks Lacrosse to offer a series of skill development clinics for boys in Grades 5-12. Sessions will be held at Eleanor Roosevelt Elementary School on Sunday October 6th, 13th and 20th from 2:00 – 3:30 PM and will cost $25 per session. Each of the following sessions will be offered on all three dates. Register for the days and the clinics you are interested in and note that you can only take part in one clinic per day.
Defending the Ball
Whether you play defense, midfield or attack all lacrosse players need to be able to defend a man with the ball. In this clinic we will work on core defense skills such as footwork, body position and how to effectively use your stick.
Dodge, Feed and Shoot
Are you a threat to score when you are on offense? In this clinic we will work on core skills of dodging, feeding and shooting from midfield and attack positions.
Faceoff Focus
Faceoffs are a critical part of every lacrosse game. This is a clinic for a player wishing to become a dominant faceoff midfielder. We will teach techniques to improve quickness and power.
The Complete Goalie
Saving the ball is priority number one for the goalie but they need to be just as good at directing the defense and clearing the ball to be a complete player. In this clinic we will work with goalies in the cage and out of the cage to improve all areas of their game.
Full pads required (helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick). Also please wear cleats and lacrosse shorts.
