Wings holding fundraiser and auction to benefit coach Sanderson and starting goalie’s brother

The Philadelphia Wings are holding a Cross Out Cancer Fundraiser and silent auction to benefit Kyle Miller and Chris Sanderson on Saturday prior to the Wings’ home game at McFadden’s at Citizens Bank Park.

The silent auction will include sports memorabilia- jerseys, baseballs, and hockey pucks autographed by players from the Flyers, Eagles, Phillies, and Steelers.

Tickets are $25 with discounts available for children or adults that do not wish to participate in the open bar. Ticket includes:

*2 hour open bar (wine & domestic beer)
*endless buffet (chicken fingers, fries, hot dogs, pasta salad, cookies)
*access to a sports memorabilia silent auction
*a chance to win an autographed Claude Giroux Winter Classic jersey

Miller is the brother of Wings goalie Brandon Miller and Sanderson is the Wings’ longtime goalie coach and an All-World goalie for Canada. Both are fighting cancer.
