Registration opens for Philly LXF tourney in July, 2013; event bridges city, suburban programs

Registration is open for the inaugural Philly LXF youth lacrosse tournament, to be held July 13-14 (boys) and July 21 (girls) at two sites in Philadelphia.

The tourney, the first of its kind in the city, is intended to bring together city and suburban lacrosse teams in a competitive and friendly settings for boys and girls.

Teams in U9 through U15 are eligible. Games will be held at Martin Luther King High and the Awbury Recreation Center. Click here for the event website.

Each team is guaranteed three games and organizations sending more than one team will be eligible for the Team Cup Challenge.

Price is $750 for early-bird registration $800 later in the registration process.

All proceeds donated to the Re-Education Foundation and Philly Youth Lacrosse Initiative.
