Moorestown coach Deanna Knobloch reached a major milestone Saturday when her No. 1 Quakers opened the season with an 8-3 victory over Strath Haven.
The victory gave her a sensational career record of 400-29-4 over 20 years – which incoudes 10 straight Tournament of Champions crowns from 200-09.
“There’s no doubt I take pride in this milestone, but there’s no way I could have accomplished it without the help of so many other people,” she said. “I have been lucky for the past 21 years to have amazing assistant coaches, phenomenal players, and outstanding support from the parents and community.”

1, Moorestown (1-0) – The Quakers play another Philly team Wednesday when they travel to Council Rock North. Prev: No. 1
2, Garnet Valley (4-0) – The Jags play today at Good Counsel, a nationally-ranked team in Olney, Md. Prev: No. 2
3, Great Valley (3-0) – The Patriots host No. 5 Radnor on Thursday in their first major test.. Prev: No. 3
4, Harriton (4-0) – The Rams made a huge statement by defeating Springfield-Delco last week. They are in Florida and play today vs. Holy Child (Md.) and Tuesday vs. Barron Collier (Fla.) in the AmLax Challenge. Prev: NR
5, Radnor (3-0) – The Red Raiders get their shot Thursday at No. 3 Great Valley. Prev: No. 7
6, Shawnee (0-0) – The Renegades open Tuesday at Eastern. Prev: No. 5
7, Springfield-Delco (2-1) – The Cougars look to bounce back from a 9-7 loss to Harriton today when they play Bishop Sullivan (Va.) on a spring trip.. Prev: No. 4.
8, Archbishop Carroll (1-2) – The Patriots had a shot at beating Florida power Vero Beach before falling, 11-8, at the AmLax Challenge They face another nationally-ranked team today at AmLax, Milton (Ga.). Prev: No. 6
9, Conestoga (3-1) – The Pioneers split at the AmLax Challenge in Florida, defeating Florida’s Bishop Moore, 14-5, and falling to Virginia power St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes, 11-6. Prev: No. 8
10, Notre Dame (1-0) – The Fighting Irish were off last week and open Inter-Ac play today at Penn Charter.. Prev: No. 9
