The official opening of the PIAA season did not disappoint last weekend when Conestoga pulled off one of the most memorable wins in Philly lacrosse history with its scintillating 11-10 come-from-behind win over Calvert Hall, the No. team in the nation.
The win vaulted the Pioneers into the No. 1 spot in the Phillylacrosse.com Rankings and is sure to lift the Pioneers at or near the No. 1 spot in each of the four national polls.
