Why did you choose Michigan? “I chose Michigan because the second I stepped on the campus, it blew me away. From its strong academics to its stellar athletic reputation, no other school could compete. The facilities are phenomenal and the coaching staff is terrific. I am extremely excited to become a Wolverine.” .

Outlook for your high school team? “We will have a really strong team this year. Our experienced seniors, strong junior class and talented underclassmen will enable us to grow as a team. With a good foundation already in place, we will thrive in the Central League.”

Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my sister, Alyssa, for introducing me to lacrosse and setting the bar high and my parents for their unconditional love and unbridled support; my Strath Haven coaches and teammates who worked hard to achieve the success we experienced last year; Michelle DeJuliis and my talented Ultimate Goal teammates (especially Zoe and Nono) for making lacrosse so much fun; but most of all I want to thank Jenny Duckenfield, my coach and friend for always having faith in me and for encouraging me to work my hardest and do my best every time I stepped on the field. Her knowledge, patience and friendship have helped me develop into the player I have become and I will always be grateful.”

Other schools considered: Princeton, Rutgers, Wm&M, UNH
