Lightning Lacrosse Elite, a national leader in girls’ recruiting events, is running a girls’ recruiting camp from July 9-12 at Gettysburg College. The camp is open to rising sophomores to uncommitted rising seniors who want to showcase their skills in front of an array of top collegiate coaches. Players stay in the dorms and eat on campus.
Coaches from the following schools will be coaching and evaluating at the camp: Gettysburg College, Notre Dame Univ., John Hopkins Univ., Cortland State, Salisbury State, Yale Univ., Harwick College, Ithaca College, Amherst College, York College, Elizabethtown Univ., Haverford College, Trinity College, Adrian College, Messiah College and Washington College
Camp Curriculum: The college coaches are the staff at the camp. Each morning there will be a skill clinic accompanied by short skill drills. Each session features a team game that are coached by the college coaches. Each player will be put on a team and play with that team throughout camp and a camp champion will be crowned on the last day of camp.
Recruiting Seminar: There is a recruiting seminar being run by the Lightning Lacrosse Elite staff and select college coaches which is open to players and parents. The seminar will be held right after check in on Monday, July 9th.
