Georgetown senior defender Logan McCraw (Conestoga) capped a brilliant career by being named First Team All-America by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Association.

McCraw was a First Team All-BIG EAST selection and the BIG EAST Defender of the Year. The co-captain led the team in draw controls with 42 and ranked second in ground balls with 31. McCraw also has 15 caused turnovers. She is among the program’s all-time leaders in draw controls.

McCraw was a Second Team All-America selection as a junior making her one of just 14 players in program history to earn All-America honors twice in her career.

McCraw, who led the Hoyas to a 9-8 season, played Saturday in the Women’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Association’s North-South Senior All-Star Game at United Sports in Downingtown.
