Elite Training’s Pre-Season Lacrosse Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camp. Two Sessions: 1st Session Nov. 17-Dec. 17; 2nd Session: January 5-March 3
Time: Thursday 7-8 pm, Saturday, 2:30-3:30pm; 4 North Warner Ave. Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.
Target age: Boys and girls that are currently in 6th to 12th grades. Lacrosse specific Strength, Speed and Conditioning Training Camp will address the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and injury prevention.

Goalie training by Stephanie Ellis for all levels and ages. Ellis was an All-American at Radnor High School and a Regional All-American at Penn State. Coach Duck’s High Level Fall Lacrosse Clinics, featuring three highly successful Philly coaches Phyllis Kilgour, Kim Jackson and Jenny Duckenfield. Tues 11/1, Mon 11/7, Mon 11/14, Mon 11/21, Times 6:30-8:00 PM at Ampro Fieldhouse, 30 Bunting Lane Clifton Heights, Pa, 19018. Cost: $200 4 /sessions or $65 / Session. High pressure individual attacking and defensive training and drills designed to develop both attack and defensive game skills. Using 2v1, 2v2, 3v2, 3v3, 4v4 and 5v5 drills. Bios: Kilgour won eight state titles and 574 wins and produced 38 All-Americans; Jackson was a three-time National champion as a goalie at Delaware in the 1980s and won three state titles and had two runner-up finishes in her 25 years as coach at Henderson High; Coach Duck led Strath Haven to its first Central League co-championship in 2010 and is head coach at Mount St. Joseph. The United States Women’s National Team girls’ lacrosse clinic at United Sports in Downingtown on Sunday, December 4. The clinic will be held indoors on the turf and players from the National Team will serve as the instructors. The clinic is sponsored by the Philadelphia Lacrosse Association and United Sports.
There is a clinic for girls in Grades 3 through 8 from 9-11:30 a.m. and a clinic for for high school players from 12:30-3 p.m.

Crossefire Lacrosse is offering preseason clinics for conditioning, skill development and game instruction for female lacrosse players of all ability levels in grades 4 through 12.
At each clinic, participants are guided through an intense workout of strategy and skill instruction. Coached, small-sided round robin games allow for practice and implementation of emphasized skills and techniques. While instruction is the primary focus of the clinics, they are also the venue by which players are identified for invitation into the Phantastix Lacrosse Club.

Suburban Lacrosse spring clinics, at Lansdale Catholic High School, for girls in Grades 4-through-9. The clinic will focus on proper techniques for shooting, passing, catching and cradling. It will also include instruction in one on one shooting, agility training, cutting, defensive footwork and positioning, 8-meter shots, and drills to work on alone. Also included will be specialized goalie sessions, advanced and basic stick skills and small sided games. The clinic will teach fundamentals and develop new techniques to enhance the skills necessary for success in lacrosse. Participation is open to all skill levels and players. The clinic will be directed and coached by Jami Wilus Behm, former US Lacrosse Team Member, La Salle University and North Penn Hall of Fame athlete and Mike Wilus, 4 year letter winner at the University of Massachusetts and 2011 New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Senior Scholar Athlete as well as current and former Division I players.

Lenape Premier will be holding tryouts for their 2012 team on Sunday, November 20th from 2-4pm on the Garnet Valley High School football field. Tryouts are open to girls graduating in 2013 and 2014.
