Pioneer Lacrosse offers late fall, winter skills sessions, Jay Motta face-off clinic for boys

Pioneer Lacrosse is offering the following training events:

Winter Skills Session 1
Location: The Phelps School, 583 Sugartown Rd. Malvern, PA 19355
Dates: Nov. 12, 19, 26 Dec. 3, 10, 17
Times: 8am-9:30am Grades 4-5
9:30am-11:00am Grades 6-7
11:00am-12:30pm Grades8-10
Cost: $235

These sessions are highly concentrated on learning, refining stick skills and will include high repetitions of passes, groundballs, shooting and students will do a significant amount of running. It is not for the first year player.

Winter Skills Session 2

Dates: Jan 8, 29, Dec 5, 12, 19, 26
Times: 4:30pm-6 pm grades 5-6
6:00pm-7:30pm grades 7-8
7:30pm-9:00pm grades 9-12

Maple Zone has group instruction and individual instruction sessions available in the weekday afternoons.

Face off clinic with Jay Motta
Location: Maple Zone, 1451 Conchester Hwy., Boothwyn, PA 19061
Coach Motta will teach and drill on the proper mechanics and techniques to dominate faceoffs. Five sessions – Dates: Jan. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; Time: 8-9pm;
