This Friday, the high school season begins for real for two teams in the Inter-Ac League open with games against traditional Maryland powers. Haverford School – already ranked No. 1 in the nation in one major poll and expected to be tops in several others – visits Baltimore power St. Paul’s at 3:30 p.m (see story on Internet broadcast of game). Meanwhile, Inter-Ac contender Penn Charter hosts Baltimore’s Loyola Blakefield at 3:30 p.m.
