Old School Lacrosse is offering the following winter training programs:
High School Winter Lacrosse Skills/Training
*At The Phelps School’s Indoor Field House, 583 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355
*Dates: December 4, 11, 18, January 8, 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12, December 4th will be an evaluation date. Once registered, you will be notified on what session to attend on the 4th. Sessions will be broken down by skill level after December 4th.
*The Winter Lacrosse Training will give you the tools needed to prepare yourself for the up coming season. Training will consist of Stick Skills, Offensive/Defensive, Strategies/Positioning, controlled scrimmages as well as in-depth concentrations of all aspects of lacrosse.
*Session #1- 3:30-5pm, Session #2-6:30 pm. Fee: $400 (Only “30” spots available for each session)
*Staff: Dave Metzbower-currently the Head Coach at Malvern Prep and former Associate Head Coach at Princeton; Todd MacFarlane- currently the Athletic Director at The Phelps School. He has played professionally in the NLL; Adam Muller-Currently a Head Coach with the Avon Grove Youth Organization. Former Head Coach of the Wings and New York Titans; John Nostrant- is currently the Head Coach and Athletic Director at Haverford School and has played professionally with the Wings.

High School Winter Pre-Season Combine
*At The Phelps School’s Indoor Field House, 583 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355
*December 28-30
*This fast paced, intense Pre-Season Combine will separate you from the competition. The Combine will offer Stick Skills, Speed and Conditioning, Offensive/Defensive Strategies/Positioning, Plyometrics, Weight room workouts, Agility Training, College Recruiting Information/Preparation Awareness.
*Time: 9am-3pm (Hour break for lunch). Fee: $300 (Only “40” spaces available)
*Staff: Dave Metzbower-currently the Head Coach at Malvern Prep and former Associate Head Coach at Princeton; Adam Muller-Currently a Head Coach with the Avon Grove Youth Organization.
