For the fourth time in the five-year history of the Nick Colleluori Classic, the Holy Ghost Prep boys’ lacrosse team – out of Bucks County – has been among the more than 120 volunteers running the event at Ridley High.

The event was held Saturday and Sunday and drew well over 5,000 people to honor the memory and legacy of Nick Colleluori, the Ridley grad who succumbed five years ago from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Nick created the idea of the HEADstrong Foundation, which has raised over $1 million for research and development in the fight against blood cancer.
The Firebirds that volunteered included Coach Tony Omrod, Bennett Zaba, Jake Keeley, Ryan Karch, Brian Brennan, Nolan McManimon, Dan Cummings, Tyler Bielecki, Nick Delviscio, Alex Hudock, Aidan Yake, Ryan Kovacevich, Sameer Vij, Alex Yake, Travis Incollingo, Jeremy Omrod, Brett Incollingo, Andrew Rose and Connor McMullen.
