Brad Lord scored four goals and Connor Frisina added three goals and an assist as Conestoga defeated Episcopal Academy, 9-6, Saturday in the 2nd annual HEADstrong Rivalry Games at Widener University.
The Pioneers – ranked No. 2 both in the state and the country behind Haverford School – improved to 10-0 with the victory.
Tanmer Scott and Tyler Brooke each had a goal and an assist and John Lopes made 10 saves for Conestoga, which trailed, 4-2, at one point late in the first half.
Connor Haab had two goals and two assists and Tyler Odell scored twice for EA.
The Rivalry Games benefited the HEADStrong Foundation and its fight against blood cancer in the name of Nick Colleluori, the Ridley alum who passed away five years ago after a lengthy battle with Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.. In all, six varsity and five JV games were played.

Matt Figueroa had two goals and two assists and Ryan Ambler added two goals and one assist while Anthony Greco picked up eight groundballs to lead the Ghosts to the win in the first game of the Rivalry Games.
Unionville 13, Sun Valley 6
Rich Kaiser collected three goals and four assists and James Moss added three goals and an assist while Billy Donovan had two goals and an assist to lead the Indians to the Rivalry Games victory.
Kyle Gillam led Sun Valley with two goals and two assists and Brian Warren scored twice.
Penncrest 18, West Chester East 4
Andrew Caldwell pumped in nine goals and added one assist to help the Tigers cruise in the Rivalry Games.
Will Manganiello added three goals and two assists, Adam Muetterties had two goals and three assists and Dan Belk had two goals and two assists for Penncrest.
Kingsway (NJ) 9, West Deptford (NJ) 8, OT
Tim Kemner scored in overtime to give Kingsway the victory in the Rivalry Games. Frank Magazu tallied three goals, while Mike Moran added with two goals and three assists and Sam Trill chipped in with a goal and three assists for Kingsway (5-3).
Ridley 14, Strath Haven 6
Kevin Garling and Ryan O’Kane both scored four goals to as the Green Raiders improved to 10-0 in the nightcap of the Rivalry Games.
Kelton Heverly (one assist) and Dalton George each scored twice and Cam Carney stopped eight shots.
