Elite Training offering two sessions of Lacrosse Speed, Strength & Conditioning Camp for boys, girls

Elite Training in Bryn Mawr is hosting two sessions of its Pre-Season Lacrosse Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camp for boys’ and girls’ lacrosse players in Grades 6 through 12.

The first session will run from Nov. 17-Dec. 17 and the second session runs from Jan. 5-March 3, 2012. The classes go from 7-8 p.m. each Thursday and 2:30-3:30 each Saturday.

Elite Training is located on North Warner Ave., Bryn Mawr, PA 19010

The camp addresses the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and injury prevention.
