Philadelphia Wings Coach and GM Johnny Mouradian will team up with former Wings player and Philly’s own John Christmas, along with other pro lacrosse instructors at this year’s Shipley/Philadelphia Wings Main Line Turkey Co-Ed Lacrosse Clinic Sunday at Shipley School in Bryn Mawr.
The clinic runs from noon-4 p.m. and will cost $75. Shipley is located at 829 Montgomery Ave., Bryn Mawr, PA, 19010.
The Main Line Co-Ed Turkey Clinic will provide students of the game the chance to improve their ball control skills, face-off techniques, shot accuracy, passing techniques and many other aspects of the game.
This clinic is for both boys and girls, aging from 8 to 17. All players will be grouped by age, ability and Gender. If you are a beginner then this is the opportunity to learn the basics of the game from professional lacrosse players and instructors. There will even be a special appearance by Wings mascot Mad Dog and one of the instructors will be new Shipley assistant coach Dave Stilley, a former Wings World champion player and former assistant general manager.
