The Haverford School is now 1 for 2 in its battle against Baltimore boys’ lacrosse powers.

After defeating the No. 2-ranked scholastic team in the nation in its opener Friday, the Fords suffered their first loss, 8-6, to Loyola-Blakefield this afternoon.

Liam O’Connor led the Fords with two goals and Carl Walrath added a goal and an assist.
