A number of Philly teams were listed in the final scholastic rankings in this month’s Lacrosse Magazine issue, which featured mostly high school coverage.
As reported earlier, two-time Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association champion Radnor (26-1) finished No. 3 in the Girls’ Top 25. The Red Raiders also were recognized for going 75-2 in the past three years (their actual record was 74-2).
In the Boys’ Top 25, Inter-Ac League co-champion Haverford School (20-4) was No. 5, followed by PIAA champion Conestoga (24-2) at No. 6. Also, PIAA runner-up La Salle (21-3) was No. 19.
In the Mid-Atlantic Rankings, Radnor was No. 2 behind McDonogh (Md.) while Haverford School was No. 2, Conestoga was No. 3, La Salle was No. 9 and Inter-Ac Invitational runner-up Episcopal Academy (16-6) was No. 10.
