Chaminade Prep (MO) senior middie Andrew Mower has signed a National Letter of Intent to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at Lehigh University.
Mower is one of the top players in Missouri, and he was a first-team All-State selection last year as a junior.
“He’s an absolute workhorse,” said Eddie Condon, the head coach at rival Christian Brothers. “He has a great work ethic. He hustles every time he’s on the field. He has a passion for the game that’s really very commendable.”
Condon said Mower impressed the Lehigh coaching staff during a camp over the summer. He added that he believes Mower will shine at the Bethlehem-based school.
“I think he’ll do great,” Condon said. “He just really wanted this opportunity, and he can’t wait to get after it. The sport should have more kids like Andrew.”
