Cam Howard scored three goals while Jordan Wolf, Jeff Pfeffer and Dan Deckelbaum had two each as Gen3 defeated Magerk’s, 10-7, Thursday night in the Norman Treinish League championship game at West Chester’s Kelly Field as tourney play in the Summer Lacrosse League of Southeastern PA ended.
Scott Lange also scored once for Gen3 while and strong defensive effort was led by goalie Mike Tabasso and defenders Carl Ray, Jim Kostack, Andy Nielson, Ivan Drago, Eric Muller and Matt Parrot.
Paul Carafides was instrumental at the face-off X winning 70 percent of the draws. The game marks the last in the storied career of defenseman Dave Waldman (Strath Haven head coach).
