Four Philly players are listed on the Inside Lacrosse Midseason All-American report for Division I.
Virginia senior defenseman Ken Clausen (Hill School) and Maryland junior defenseman Brett Schmidt (Upper Dublin) are on the first team. Meanwhile, Delaware senior attackman Curtis Dickson and Drexel sophomore goalie Mark Manos (Salesianum School, DE) are on the second team.
Clausen has been a dominant force for the No. 1 Cavaliers (9-0), piling up 35 groundballs and 24 caused turnovers. Schmidt has 18 groundballs and eight turnovers for the Terrapins (6-1).
Manos has 104 saves and a .623 save percentage for the 7-2 Dragons. Manos is allowing just 7.37 goals per game. Dickson has collected 36 goals and 11 assists for the 5-4 Blue Hens.
