Episcopal Academy senior All-American midfielder Taylor Trimble is highlighted in this month’s US Lacrosse Magazine in the regular ‘Give and Go’ feature.
Trimble, a two-time winner of the Heather Leigh Albert award for the top player at the US Lacrosse National Tournament, is a member of the U19 National Training Team chosen in the summer. She was an All-Phillylacrosse.com pick last year and led EA to its sixth straight Inter-Ac League crown.
Trimble, who has committed to Duke, also was named as one of the top 10 Young Guns in Inside lacrosse’s listing of the top rising seniors. Trimble, who had 70 goals and 30 assists last year, plays for the Phantastix club team.
In the Lacrosse Magazine story, readers get an up-close and personal look at Trimble, including her favorite athlete (Shane Victorino), the thing she can’t live without (her Great Dane, Bella), her pre-game ritual (wearing eye black) and her proudest moment (making the U19 team).
