Lindsey Smith collected six goals and three assists and Lisa Riondet had six goals and two assists as visiting Unionville clipped Henderson, 16-8, today to claim the Ches-Mont League championship with a perfect (11-0) season.
The Indians scored 12 goals in the first eight minutes and coasted to the victory, improving their record to 15-2. They are ranked No. 5 in the PA Media Rankings.
“What a fabulous way to wrap up the final league game, undefeated in the League,” said Unionville coach Wendy Landry. “This season has been a pleasant surprise.
“We never thought in March with eight graduating last year we would find so much success. The girls have been such a team unit this season winning (and losing) as a
team. They are fun to watch and rewarding to coach.”
Erica Midiri added two goals and Melissa Lloyd made 10 saves for the Indians. Nicole Pyle led the Warriors (8-8, 5-6) with three goals and Katelyn Fay added a pair.

Boyertown 19, Methacton 5
The Bears raced to a 13-0 halftime lead and coasted at Spring-Ford to claim their sixth straight Pioneer Athletic Conference championship.
Sam Mazzie collected five goals and four assists and Lyndsey Babilon and Sarah Bennett each tallied three goals for Boyertown (16-1-1). Emily Austerberry added two goals and two assists and Jaime Vincent had two goals.

Tori Dugan (three goals) tallied the game-winner and Carolyn Adams also scored three goals for the Golden Knights (15-2), who finished in second in the Ches-Mont with a 10-1 mark.

Kelly Devlin and Emily Sollenberger each fired in five goals for the Cougars.

Harriton finished its regular season at 12-6 overall and 5-6 in the Central League after beating their township rivals at Arnold Field in Ardmore. Chrissy Pasquariello led the Rams with five goals and an assist while Laura Walzer, Jess Rothstein (six draw controls) and Jess Schwab each had three goals and an assist.
Ally McLaughlin added five groundballs for Harriton and Jackie Marshall made seven saves in the goal. Leah Sack led LM with three goals.

Caroline Moore’s tallied three goals, including the 100th of her career, as the Lions won.

Emily Corcoran notched six goals and Casey Rooney added five as the No. 1 seed Bears cruised in the Catholic Academies semifinal playoff.
