Girls’ Underclassmen Honor Roll: Smith (Unionville), Ebbott (Germantown Academy), Murphy (Strath Haven)

This week’s Girls’ Underclassmen Honor Roll choices:

Lindsey Smith, Unionville, junior midfielder

Off the field: She has a 4.16 GPA, is a member of the National Honor Society, takes all honors and AP classes, volunteers annually at her church’s Christmas party for underprivileged children and has volunteered at Lamancha Pet Rescue.

On the Field: Has 18 goals and 13 assists in the first four games this season for the 4-1 Indians.  She is also a varsity soccer player and was named 1st team all league this past season.

Maggie Ebbott, Germantown Academy, junior attack

Off the field: She is very active in our Community Service Organization. She does buddy days, St. John’s Hospice, and works on the school’s Make-A-Wish Tournament.

On the field: She is a starter and already has 23 goals and 15 assists for the 7-3 Patriots.

Caroline Murphy, Strath Haven, junior defender

Off the field: She participates in feeding the homeless with the junior class cabinet and

teaches Spanish in Chester four days a week. She also is involved with the Interact Service club and is a member of the Mock Trial team that competed in the state final. She takes AP classes as well as all honors classes and her GPA is 4.0.

On the field: Is a starting low defender on a team that is undefeated and ranked second in both the PA Media Rankings and Phillylacrosse.com Rankings.
