Helen Tursi erupted for seven goals to pace visiting St. Joseph’s to an 18-4 rout of Villanova Thursday in women’s lacrosse.
Jenna Martino added four goals and an assist for the Hawks (4-4) while Julie Mineweaser (North Penn) had three goals and an assist. Suzy Herlihy made nine saves for the win.
Taryn McKenna, Sam McKillip, Rachel Lasda and Carly Miller scored for Villanova (1-6).
Johns Hopkins 13, George Washington 12, OT
Taylor Donohue (Radnor) had a goal and five assists and Sarah Phillips (Downingtown West) scored once, but GW (1-8) fell in overtime.
Division II
Philadelphia Univ. 17, Dominican 5
Taylor Peltzer (Archbishop Wood) netted five goals, Lauren Woodie had four, Michelle O’Hanlon (Springfield-Delco) had three and Caribeth Shappelll had five assists to power the Rams (2-3. 2-0) to a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference win. Sarah Davis added two goals and three assists and Katherine Sulivan made 18 saves for Philadelphia University.
Swarthmore 17, Immaculata 5
Amy Vachal scored five goals while Emily Evans and Anna deRegt three a piece for the undefeated Garnet (5-0). Senior defender Melissa Grigsby (West Chester East) collected a game-high six ground balls and had three caused turnovers.
Immaculata (0-3) senior Claire Lichty led the Mighty Macs with two goals.
Wesley 12, Bryan Mawr 9
Natalie Chrismer led Bryan Mawr (2-3) with three goals while Leslie Cervenka (Pennsbury) had three goals and two assists and Farryn Kauffman (Haverford High) made 10 saves in goal for Wesley (5-5).
Haverford 17, Neumann 3
Josie Ferri (Pennsbury) scored five goals and Nora Proops added three while Jen Schmidt, Liz Koelmel, MaryAlice Postel and Lauren Finkel all netted two goals and Haverford (6-0) remained perfect. Siobhan Neitzel recorded 10 saves in 60 minutes in goal for her sixth win.
Cedar Crest 16, Penn State Abington 6
Jenna Pugh (Council Rock South) scored four goals and Jenna McCormick (St. Hubert) added two goals and an assist for the losing Lions. Tara Fikes (Chichester) led Cedar Crest (3-1) with three goals and an assist.
Wooster 19, Gwynedd Mercy College 10
Colleen Dellostretto (Upper Moreland) collected three goals and three assists while Kerri Boon (Interboro) had two goals and an assist and Shannon Carabba (Springfield-Montco) added a pair of goals for Gwynedd-Mercy (3-2).
Babson College 17, Messiah 12
Rachel Dirksen (Abington) amassed six goals and an assist for Messiah in defeat.

Division III
Catholic 8, Immaculata 7
Joe Keller (Owen J. Roberts) scored three goals and Tom Hartney (Interboro) had two while Andrew Sim (Interboro) made 15 saves for the Mighty Macs (1-4) in defeat. Jimmy Sinnott (La Salle) had two goals for Catholic (4-2).
