US Lacrosse has announced its Philadelphia-area selections for Academic All-American for 2008. The following is the list of the boys’ honorees:
Haverford School senior attacker Ben Bourke; Penn Charter senior attacker Ryan Goldman; Plymouth Whitemarsh senior defender Jacques Greenberg; Strath Haven senior attacker Sam Hargrove; Downingtown East senior defender Justin Hummel; Council Rock South senior midfielder David Simone; Penncrest senior attacker Michael Woody; Episcopal Academy senior midfielder Blake Shafer; Avon Grove senior Jeremy Thompson.
