The Phillylacrosse.com Boys’ Rankings:

1. Avon Grove (4-0) Prev: No. 2 – The Red Devils host Bishop Shanahan Tuesday in a key Ches-Mont League contest.

2. La Salle (3-1) Prev: No. 3 – The Explorers host No. 5 Malvern Prep on Tuesday.

3. Haverford School (5-3) Prev: No. 1 – The Fords open Inter-Ac League play Friday at home vs. Penn Charter.

4. Central Bucks East (4-0) Prev: No. 5 – The Patriots have allowed just six goals in their first four games; they play at No. 1 Avon Grove on Saturday.

5. Malvern Prep (3-2) Prev: No. 4 – The Friars open their Inter-Ac slate at Episcopal Academy on Friday.

6. Manheim Township (6-0) Prev: No. 7 – The Blue Streaks play at Lampeter-Strasburg today.

7. Strath Haven (6-0) Prev: No. 8 – The Panthers host Lower Merion Tuesday in the Central League.

8. Allentown Central Catholic (5-0) Prev: No. 10- The Vikings play at 4-1 Easton on Tuesday and at 3-1 Southern Lehigh on Wednesday.

9. Conestoga (2-4) Prev: No. 6 – The Pioneers fell to Ridge (N.J.) Sunday, 5-4, in OT in an inter-state battle at Rutgers University, played before the Big 10 game between Michigan and Rutgers. The Pioneers host Radnor Tuesday night in the Central League.

10. Upper Dublin (5-0) Prev: NR – The Cardinals jump into the rankings after an impressive 13-8 win over Academy of the New Church. They host Episcopal Academy today.

11. Downingtown East (6-1) Prev: No. 9 – The Cougars dropped a heartbreaking overtime decision to Strath Haven on Saturday and look to rebound Tuesday against Bellevue (WA).

12. Salesianum School-DE (3-2) Prev: No. 12 – The Sals rallied to defeat defending N.C. Private School champion Christ School, 9-8, Saturday on a GW goal by Chad Cannon in the Champions Challenge (N.C.); on Sunday Sallies toppled St. Josephs Collegiate (NY), 10-9, on a GW tally by Cooper Urban. The Sals host rival Cape Henlopen on Saturday.

13. Academy of the New Church (2-4) Prev: No. 11 – The Lions look to rebound from a four-game losing streak Tuesday at North Penn.

14. Moorestown-NJ (5-0) Prev: No. 15 – The Quakers play at Watchung Hills Tuesday.

15. Episcopal Academy (1-2) Prev: No. 14 – The Churchmen play at Upper Dublin today.
