Parkland topples Allentown Central Catholic, 16-14, to claim East Penn boys’ crown

James Cipolla poured in seven goals as Parkland toppled Allentown Central Catholic, 16-13, Monday to claim the East Penn Conference boys’ championship at Northampton.

Parkland (17-3) won its first league title since 2014.

Lucas Summers added three goals and two assists for the Trojans while Greg Santa-Anna and Ian O’Neill each had two goals. Andrew Albertson was strong at the faceoff X.

Matt Marker paced the Vikings (14-5) with four goals and two assists while justin Pasquale added three goals and Harrison Ike had two goals and an assist.
