From Press Release

Black Bear Lacrosse Co-Owners/Directors Bryan Churchey and Grady Wise recently announced to their club members that Black Bear Lacrosse has become the first club team in Pennsylvania to join the LAX Federation.

“We’re very excited to be joining LAX FED, we felt this was the right move for our club as well as our families to give us better access to quality team events and member benefits on gear such as Cascade Helmets and EPOCH custom gloves,” said Churchey

On top of being a member of the LAX FED, Black Bear Lacrosse Club members starting in fall 2018 will begin to have access to the member benefits ranging from Baseline Concussion testing for their players, game filming, college advisory for high school players, networking, and access to club exclusive discounts on gear through LAX FED partners.

“We really felt this would benefit our players and parents in multiple ways LAX FED offers our families some of the things that we couldn’t due to our clubs size. Corey Malampy and the staff at LAX FED are doing some amazing things and we’re excited to be apart of that movement,” said the owners.

ABOUT THE LAX FEDERATION:
The Lax Federation (LAX FED) was formed in 2016 to bring together homegrown lacrosse clubs who are passionate about improving the overall club lacrosse experience. After many years of operating clubs and events and informally collaborating, the LAXFED formed to serve member clubs by ensuring greater quality, consistency and collegiality at lacrosse events and between member clubs. Serving as a one-stop resource for member clubs and their student-athletes, the LAX FED does for member clubs what they cannot do alone. The LAX FED model simplifies the cumbersome tasks of operating a lacrosse program and better allows for for member clubs to collaborate, save money and gain greater media exposure for your program and participants.
