The Pennsylvania Roughriders have announced new additions to the coaching staff. Joining an already strong set of coaches with playing and coaching backgrounds in Division 1 and the MLL and NLL, the Roughriders are pleased to add the following coaches:

Julius Mouser, former All-American midfielder at Shipley who played at Cabrini, joins the 2019 staff.

– Former Drexel standout and current Roman Catholic Head Coach Paul Zelenak joins the 2020 staff as offensive coordinator

Jim Trowbridge is welcomed as head coach of the 2021 team. The former Syracuse midfielder and National Champion has a 30 year background in coaching including stints at Garnet Valley and is currently the head coach at Tatnall School (DE).

Pat Heim, former Penn State All-American and MLL, NLL star (Conestoga) joins the 2023 staff as offensive coach

– Former Saint Joe’s star attackman Kyle Williams joins the 2024 staff as offensive coach. Following college, Williams was an assistant coach at D3 powerhouses McDaniel and Stevenson and currently provides scouting support for Stevenson

Mike Lanham, Saint Joe’s and Garnet Valley grad, returns as faceoff specialist coach
The Roughriders will continue the tradition of utilizing local high school talent and will augment the staff with high school stars from Malvern Prep and Henderson High in the fall and local college players all summer

According to Director Doug Corrigan, “We are pleased to have such a strong set of knowledgeable coaches joining the current staff that features former players from UVA, Cornell, Notre Dame, Towson, Villanova, Denison, Michigan State, Drexel and more. These coaches will continue to help us develop our players and put them in a position to succeed and have fun.”
