Gaithersburg (MD) 2018 midfielder Francis Rose III has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Delaware Valley University.

Position: Midfielder

College committed to: Delaware Valley University

Club team: Maryland Xtreme (MDX)

Lacrosse honors: MCLCA 2nd Team All-Division

Expected major: Business

Why did you choose Delaware Valley? “I fell in love with the campus as soon as I saw it, and the coaches were extremely friendly and genuine. My entire family and I felt at home when we visited DelVal, and the program is something I really wanted to be a part of.

HS team’s 2018 outlook:
“We are looking to improve on the past two years’ record of 4-9, putting in lots of off season work with captains practices and workouts.”
