Once again Philly standouts Kevin Crowley and Brett Manney will lead the New England Black Wolves in their 2017 National lacrosse League season.

Crowley, who is co-founder and a co-coach for Fusion Lacrosse and an assistant for Shipley School, recently was named the 15th best player in the NLL by Inside Lacrosse (up from No. 42 last year).

Manney, a three-sport standout at Holy Ghost Prep and key member of Delaware’s 2007 Final Four team who also is Vice President of Sales & Recruiting at NXT Sports, is a key defender who recently was named the 48th best player in the NLL by Inside Lacrosse.

The Black Wolves open their season Jan. 7 at Rochester.
