Ty Moyer

Ty Moyer

High School: Wilmington Friends School, DE

Graduation Year: 2016

Position: Midfielder

College Choice: Washington & Jefferson College

Club Affiliations: Silverbacks, Team 302

Lacrosse Honors: 4 Year Varsity Player, 4 Varsity Letters

What will you major in/study? Communication Arts, Business, Arabic

Why did you choose W&J? “I was fortunate enough to have many options and levels available to me but in the end I chose W&J. I decided on this school because of the incredible academics, opportunity to help build a growing lax program, great atmosphere, and many more reasons. The school will have me well set up for life after lacrosse. Coach (Kevin) Kustron has a lot of experience and has the program going in the right direction.”

HS team’s outlook for 2016 season? “We are looking to be one of the top teams in the state and are looking to be conference champs!”

Thank You: “I want to thank my parents for all of the hard work they put into my recruiting experience and overall college decision. They have put forth hours upon hours of time to help me succeed. Without them I wouldn’t have had a chance to be where I am now. I also want to thank my high school coaches for their help and my club coaches.”

Maplezone Sports Institute, the official sponsor for boys’ recruits, congratulates Ty Moyer. MSI is located on Conchester Highway (Rt. 322) in Garnet Valley, offering Offering private, group, and team training. Training programs are made for each individual skill set and player.
