Strath Haven High School 2018 midfielder Jeffrey Conner has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Saint Joseph’s University.

What will you major in/study? Biology
Why did you choose SJU? “I am looking forward to being apart of the SJU Family. Saint Joseph’s just felt like the perfect fit from the movement I walked on Campus. Everyone at SJU is welcoming.
“I appreciate the Academic and Extracurricular aspects the University has to offer. In addition, I appreciate the strong Alumni support.
“I can not wait to play for two well known, established lacrosse coaches. I believe Coach (Taylor) Wray and Coach (Dan) Keating are leading SJU to be the next powerhouse lacrosse program!”
HS team’s outlook for 2016 season? “We should have a strong 2016 season, while returning most of our starting line up. Looking forward to shaking up the Central League.”
