Terranova, having served as volunteer assistant with the Leopards for the past three seasons, moves into a full-time role alongside Ed Williams on Rogalski’s staff. Williams has been promoted to Defensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator, while Terranova will serve as the Offensive Coordinator.

Prior to working with Lafayette, Terranova was the associate head coach at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia from 2009-14. He was the primary contact for all prospective student-athletes from the evaluation stage through a commitment decision, while he also generated a maintained a schedule for all program activities, both on and off the field. Under his direction, the Chestnut Hill offense averaged more than 11 goals per game and he coached 10 all-conference players during that time.
During his time at Lafayette, he also served as a Transfer and Technology Specialist with Chestnut Hill on the institutional side, advising undergraduate students and helping to assist those students going through the transfer process. A graduate of the University of Buffalo with a degree in communications, Terranova was a member of the lacrosse team, playing in the midfield. He also played college football at Christopher Newport University prior to transferring to Buffalo.
Williams enters his fifth season with the Leopards in 2017 and first as the Defensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator. He came to College Hill with Rogalski after two years at Scranton as the program’s recruiting and travel coordinator.
“We’ll be giving Ed the reigns to the defense this season and I’m excited to announce his promotion,” Rogalski said. “His work ethic is unmatched and I’m happy to have him as part of our program.”
