Fall- The boys will have FIVE 1-hour practice sessions from October to November on Sunday afternoons at All Sports Center with their coaches to develop their skill sets and build team chemistry, they will also play in one fall team event in mid November as a team on a weekend

Winter- The boys will have 6-8 BOX IMMERSION clinics (1 1/2 to 2 hrs each session) between December and February to learn the bio mechanics of box lacrosse as well as to learn how to use these concepts in the FIELD GAME which we call IN-CROSSE. We plan to have the American Indoor Lacrosse Association helping out as well as myself and other Black Bear Coaches. They’ll also have a chance to scrimmage other club teams in the area or play in a box event sometime in February.

Summer- The boys will have 12 practices during the weekdays 6:30-8pm at Perkiomen Valley HS again with their coaches as well as have a 3-hr Mini Camp on the HS grounds the first week of June focusing on position specific training and preparing for the summer season. Boys will play in FOUR summer events at their GRADE LEVEL in divisions the coaches feel they can be competitive in from tourney to tourney. We are also looking into doing TEAM ACTIVITIES off the field to allow families to gain familiarity and give the boys fun activities to do as a TEAM.

High School Specific: Families will ALSO have access to LACROSSE RECRUITS to help families begin their recruiting process and steps they need to take for the future. Players will have access to these player profiles to contact/interact with college coaches, search schools, and post their Academic-Athletic-ExtraCurricular information. They will also be given to you from Coach Bryan Churchey and Coach Jon Heisman. High School Teams will be playing at Lehigh Laxfest, Best of the Best Team Showcase, and Rutgers Summer Shootout.
