League: Central League

Head Coach: Frank Urso, 7yrs, 111 – 45

Last year’s record: 15-5, Lost semi district 1, Central League 1st

Coach’s Outlook for 2016: “Team returns top 5 scorers from 2015, two starters from defense, and starting Goalie of last two years with a young outstanding sophomore goaltender also returning. When you play in the central league everybody is well coached and always ready to give you their best. We are excited to get the season started.”

Conestoga High School

Head Coach: Brody Bush, 2nd year, 14-11

Last year’s Record: 14-11, District 1 runner-up, state quarterfinalist

Coach’s Outlook for 2016: “Myself and the other coaches are very excited about the team this year. The players have worked extremely hard in the off-season and it is showing in the first week of practice. We have excellent senior leaders this year and we have very high goals. As always our schedule is extremely difficult but I believe that this team is up to that challenge as they love competition. This years team will rely on a very strong defense that can keep us in any game we play.”
