Be Your Best Lacrosse has announced registration for its 2015 summer camps schedule for boys and girls in K through Grade

Be Your Best Lacrosse Camp’s number one goal is to make each camper a better lacrosse player while having fun learning the game. The Camp believes the best way to achieve this goal is to have excellent staff-camper interaction while teaching the game.

There will be a good mix of instruction, drills and contests with the numerous team games each camper will play.
This camp will teach skills, techniques and strategies of lacrosse. It stresses the importance of good fundamentals, training and fun!! The camp encourages all levels of players to learn, improve and enjoy!

The camps are great for advanced or beginner players.

Be Your Best camp is directed by Coach Dave Sowers (former head coach at Hatboro-Horsham, now assistant at Upper Dublin and head coach of Mesa Fresh 2016) and the format is designed to maximize knowledge and skill retention and provide all athletes with tools they can use to progress their game even after they walk off our fields. We instill in our campers our philosophy of order: family, school, and then lacrosse. Leaving our camp as a better player is an objective – leaving as a better person is our goal.
