Coach’s outlook: “We have a mix of experience and inexperience. A lot of our young guys will have to learn how to play at the Varsity level quickly if we want to compete. Our seniors are working hard to show the underclassmen leadership and pushing them to get better every day. The team set the goal of competing in closer games with PAC-10 and non-league schools. If the group can work hard and continually improve they will be able to meet this goal.”

Coach’s outlook: “PJP boys lacrosse is positioned to take another step forward this year. The team will feature a lot of experienced upperclassman with a mix of talented underclassmen. The Panthers return their entire attack unit this season. Seniors Wayne Mitchell and Jake Koury will anchor the attack while junior Ryan Todd should have an even bigger impact at the offensive end. Versatile Jake Bevenour will lead the midfield along with fellow seniors Keith Destefano and Armen DiFilippo. The defense will be led by senior Colin Dahl, Chase Lynch and Nick Kelly. Look for junior Joe Kelly and a few underclassmen to make an impact as well. Senior Mike Frazier will be in goal for the Panthers. Mike had 31 saves in two starts last year.”
