NXT Lacrosse Club is looking to grow!NXT Lacrosse

NXT LC is hiring a Director of Operations. The ideal candidate has very strong familiarity with the sport of lacrosse with some coaching and/or playing experience strongly preferred, familiarity with management of lacrosse camps events, familiarity with working on school and college campuses, excellent organizational skills, a strong familiarity with office computer programs, excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills, the ability to multi-task and handle several assignments simultaneously, a B.A. or equivalent degree, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The Director of Operations, NXTlacrosse is responsible for management of all aspects of NXTlacrosse. The Director of Operations, NXTlacrosse, will work directly under NXTlacrosse Directors Marty Kupprion and Kate Henwood.

The Director of Operations, NXTlacrosse will oversee:

Planning, scheduling, and staffing of NXTlacrosse educational programming.
Coordination of customer outreach, communication and marketing.
Overseeing registrations, payments and budgeting of NXTlacrosse programs.
Development and implementation of the NXTlacrosse budget analysis and reporting on a program-by-program basis.
Year-round management of NXT LC Boys and Girls, including the regulation of curriculum and coordination of coaches, rosters, tryouts, facilities, tailgating, etc.
Maintaining and improving NXTlacrosse website and social media content/announcements.
Develop video content for NXTlacrosse marketing, education, and player engagement.
Some weekend work managing educational programming is required.

Compensation consists of a annual salary based on experience, and, after 90 days of employment, eligibility for an extensive company health and dental benefits package, and access to a company 401(k) retirement plan.
