High School: Penncrest High School

Graduation Year: 2017

Position: Defense

College Choice: Monmouth University

Club Affiliations: Duke’s 1, HEADstrong 2017

Academic honors: Honor Roll

What will you major in/study? Business

Why did you choose the school? “The academics fit, the great coaches, and the great culture that I wanted to be a part of. I am looking forward to playing for Coach (Brian) Fisher, a Central League (Ridley) alumni. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s close to the beach.”

Team’s outlook for 2016 HS season: “After winning the Central League again, other teams are going to circle us on their calendars. We are going to have to work for every win, and I am sure we will be up to the task.”

Thank You: “I would like to thank all of my youth coaches for teaching me the game. I also want to thank my Penncrest coaches, Wayne Matsinger, Chris Derrick, Scott Rumford, Eric Pool, Evan Pettit and Jeff Pettit.

“I also want to thank my Duke’s coaches, Ebe Helm, Jason Christmas and Mike Mackrides.

“I want to thank my HEADstrong coaches, Dan Layfield, Joe Ward and Matt Ward.

“Most importantly, I want to thank my parents and my brother, Ryan, for all their support.”

Other schools considered? Marquette, Salisbury, Cabrini, and Cortland
