Graduation Year: 2015

Position: Attack / Midfield

College Choice: Baldwin Wallace University

Club Affiliation: Harrisburg Heat

What will you major in/study? Athletic Training

Why did you choose BWU? “I had a great overnight visit to Baldwin Wallace. The girls made me feel comfortable and welcome. I’m looking forward to playing for Coach (Kim) Russell and Coach (Candi) Parry. Both are outstanding and are building a championship team. Academically, I thought this would be a good fit and a great location to study athletic training. It’s within walking distance to the Cleveland Browns training facility and several health care facilities.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “We have a core of seniors that have played together for several years for both the school team and the Harrisburg Heat. Unfortunately, my travel team folded before last summer, but we all kept together and competed on a house team at a tournament. Last year was the first time our school qualified for Districts. We’re shooting for another trip to Districts and to make some more noise this spring.”

Thank You: “Coach Getz at Carlisle has really stepped up for this program and the girls involved. Without him, there wouldn’t be a program, so all of us are thankful to have him.

“My mom and dad have always supported me and my interest in sports whether it was lacrosse or cross country in high school, or softball and basketball when I was younger. My brother also played lacrosse in high school and at Transylvania University. I grew up watching him, sometimes playing against him. So he too played a role in me developing as a lacrosse player.”
