What will you major in/study? Undecided

Why did you choose the school? “I always knew I wanted to do something bigger with my life, but never knew what that something would be. So when the opportunity came where I would have the chance to attend the United States Naval Academy, I just went for it. I felt like this was God giving me my chance to do something meaningful, and I mean what better thing to do then to be able to do what I love, and be able to serve my country along with it.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “I think we’re going to have a very strong team this year. We have a lot of gifted talented players coming back, and I know we’re going to work hard to get the job done this year.”

Other comments: “I want to thank my parents for always being there no matter what, and pushing me to do my best. Most importantly I want to thank my high school coach, Lorraine Beers, because if it wasn’t for her there’s no way I would even have the opportunity to tell about my commitment, let alone be committed to be able to play lacrosse at the United States Naval Academy. She gave me the confidence back that I needed after I transferred to Archbishop Carroll my sophomore year, and is a huge reason of why I’m able to be where I am now and to have this opportunity, I will always be grateful for that. Also, thanks to the entire Carroll family and the basketball family I am a part of, and my coaches, Chuck Creighton, Renie Shields, Matt Githens, and Joe McGarraty. I have not only learned basketball from them but more importantly what it’s like to be a team player, and to be a part of a family. I wouldn’t be where I am without any of these people, and will always be grateful for them.”
