Tenth-seeded ANC (15-2) advances to the quarterfinals Wednesday when it will play second-seeded and undefeated Hun School at 5 p.m. at the Conshohocken Proving Grounds.

James Vandegrift led the Lions with three goals and an assist and Kevin Vandegrift scored three goals. Thomas Villante posted 16 saves. Dave Closterman added a goal and two assists and Frazier had a goal and an assist while Seamus Hogan dished three assists.

ANC had an 8-5 lead before the seventh-seeded Blue Devils (10-11) scored three unanswered goals to tie it midway throughthe fourth period.

Penn Charter 5, Germantown Academy 4

Cody Sweeney scored three goals and had an assist, Blake Target had a pair and Sean McKee (13 saves) excelled in goal to lead the eighth-seeded Quakers to the victory.

Penn Charter (7-13) – which snapped an eight-game losing streak – advances to meet No. 1 Haverford School Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Proving Grounds.

Rob Keehfus added three assists and Gavin Tygh won 7 of 11 face offs for the Quakers.

Ninth-seeded GA (10-11) pulled within 4-3 and later 5-4 on goals by Garrett Trucksess but the Penn Charter defense held.

Hill School 9, Shipley School 4

The sixth-seeded Blues (10-7) advanced to play third-seeded Episcopal Academy in the quarterfinals Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Proving Grounds.

Will Schantz had three goals and won 12 of 16 face-offs and Jake Saenz had two goals and an assist for the Blues. Chase Midgley posted seven saves.

Shipley, the 11th seed, fell to 14-5, despite a brilliant 22-save effort by Ian Walsh, six takeaways by Chris Verdeur and two goals by Peter Moeller.

Lawrenceville School 21, Westtown 0

The fifth-seeded Big Red (10-7) cruised int he first-round game and advanced to meet No. 4 Malvern Prep at 5 the Proving Grounds.
