Silverbacks Lacrosse Recruiting program operates under the Delaware Lacrosse Academy and has been in existence since 2008. In the past 7 years, we have had over 190 players graduate from our program with players at every college level. We are committed to helping players reach their potential and assist families through the admissions and recruiting process from start to finish. All our coaches are college graduates and have had played college lacrosse. Also, our coaches have to be actively coaching at a high level. Our Summer teams practice twice per week to give the most opportunity for improvement and advancement.
Rising Sons 2023 tryouts for the 2014-2015 calendar year, Sunday, 9/7, from 12pm-2pm at Malvern Prep (turf field). Cost is $25. Rising Sons is a highly competitive program that offers year round training by true lacrosse professionals. The NXT Bandits will host tryouts to fill their youth teams that vary from third to eighth grade, in addition to a ninth and 10th grade team, Saturdays Sept. 7 and 14 at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. The first tryout will be held Sept. 7 from 2-4 p.m. and the second tryout will be Sept. 14 from 10 a.m.-noon. The NXT Bandits follow a year-round model that features both field and box lacrosse training. The teams will have three box lacrosse practices and will take part in NXT’s Holiday Indoor Tournament and the Philadelphia Indoor Lacrosse Championship, in addition to four winter skills sessions at SCH. From a field lacrosse aspect, the NXT Bandits will have four fall practices and be a part of the fall NXT Play Day. The teams will participate in 10 summer practices, including a NXT Play Day, and will also compete in three or four events in the summer. The NXT Bandits will also have faceoff and goalie specialist coaches available to them year-round.

Old School Lacrosse Club tryouts for its 2016, 2017, and 2018 teams, Sept 7th at the Phelps School in Malvern. 2018 class – 2pm-3:30pm; 2017/2016 classes- 4pm-5:30pm. NXT Lacrosse Club tryouts for its NXT 2018 team, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 13 and 14, at Episcopal Academy. In addition, NXT LC will also host its NXT Youth tryouts Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 20 and 21, at Episcopal Academy. NXT Youth will field one team in every grade from three through eight. All teams are completely open heading into tryouts. No player that previously played for NXT is assured a spot, ensuring that only the best of the best players will be selected. NXT teams practice at Episcopal Academy’s picturesque campus, a scenic facility that offers more than enough room for every team to practice at the same time. EA boasts two turf fields and a top-of-the-line indoor facility that enables NXT to practice rain or shine. We believe having access to the best facilities enable us to seize every opportunity to make players better and rarely have to cancel practices due to weather. NXT’s box lacrosse league and Holiday Indoor Tournament are held at United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, a 127,000-square foot gem of an indoor facility. NXT prides itself on its elite coaching staff. Every coach has extensive coaching and playing experience, including the highest collegiate level as well as the professional ranks. Every player in the program is offered the chance to meet with their coaches at the end of every season for player development feedback that clearly identifies and outlines every player’s strength and weaknesses. Faceoff and goalie specialists are also available year-round to work with players to make sure that they get just as much coaching and attention as everyone else. • College Seminars to help with the college recruiting.
o Our youth teams will attend four tournament, they are the Meltdown, NXT Cup and Patriot Games. (one more to be added)
o High School will attend three recruiting tournaments, they are Summer Slam, Philly Cup and Battle of the Hot Beds.
• Spring BAGGATAWAY BOOT CAMP. This is mandatory two day overnight team and position specific camp for our teams at Bryn Athyn College. (See Questions & Answers attachment above for more info).
• We have partnered with American Indoor Lacrosse under the direction of the Johnny Mouradian and will offer our players training on the indoor game with Johnny and his staff.
• Discounted Camps: We offer our players discounts at Philly Style Goalie and Shooting Camp. Brian Dougherty and Drew Adams are two of the best goalies in the world and this camp is second to none in the country. Brian has won two gold medals for the USA. To round out the staff are Austin Kaut (Penn State University) and Niko Amato (Maryland) both named All American. One All World and four All Americans!!!! Our staff is readily available and at camp. The HEADstrong Lacrosse Club open tryout dates for the 2015 boys summer lacrosse season. Fusion Lacrosse boasts a robust year round training schedule with our professional staff. 50 hours of practice time are booked at Malvern Prep for the fall and summer, and at MapleZone Sports Institute for winter box training. We will compete in 8-9 tournaments over the span of the year including 2 fall tournaments, 2-3 winter box tournaments, and 4 summer tournaments. Among many things, what separates us is that your full time coaches for all 50 hours of training, are our club founders and directors. This includes world champion and MLL MVP Kevin Crowley coaching middies and attack. Click to register: www.LacrosseFever.com Mesa Fresh Fever just completed its eighth and most successful summer of travel lacrosse with the MESA Fresh Fever Lacrosse Club. The difference is the year round care put into the product and the players. First and foremost each MESA Fresh Fever coach is carefully selected, monitored and evaluated all summer long. We have assembled a balanced staff complete with experienced veteran coaches and energetic college players. The goal is to ensure a positive lacrosse environment with great instruction for each player. The focus is on individual skill development along with strong team fundamentals and great sportsmanship. Second, we research all summer tournaments to insure the highest levels of organization and competition for our teams. We have added Fall, Winter and Spring lacrosse opportunities for MESA Fresh Fever players making us one of the only true year round clubs in the area.
