Jordan Wolf (Lower Merion/Duke) had two goals, three assists and six groundballs to lead the U.S. Men’s National Lacrosse Team to a 17-14 victory over Notre Dame in the third annual Seatown Classic on Saturday at the Starfire Sports Complex just south of Seattle.
Notre Dame, the NCAA Men’s Division I runner up last spring, opened with a 7-0 lead and led, 10-6, at halftime before a Seatown Classic record crowd of 3,657.
Conor Kelly (Haverford School) played the first half in goal for the Irish and P.J. Finley (Malvern Prep/Lawrenceville School) held his own at the face-off X while Anthony Marini (St. Joseph’s Prep) scored once for Notre Dame.
