Philly players help Team Harley win Half Century Division championship at Florida Lacrosse Classic

Philly- and Baltimore-based Team Harley won the National Championship today at the Florida Lacrosse Classic in the Half Century Division today


Florida Lacrosse Classic Grand masters champion Elderstatesmen. Colburn is at top row, second in on left; Hannum is top row, sixth in on right.

Local players included Gary Martin, Zach Colburn, Chris Maites, Danny Souder and Tommy Hannum (2012 Coach of the Year for Downingtown West).

Team Harley went 5-0 and cruised in the championship game 11-2. Harley out scored its competition, 70-9.

Colburn and Hannum also played for the Elderstatesmen, who went 5-0 and won their fourth straight Grand Masters National Championship.

The Florida Lacrosse Classic is a National Tournament and Fundraiser for the development of youth lacrosse in Florida.
