Why did you choose the school? “The main factors in my decision on Princeton was, first and foremost, the academic offerings. You don’t get the opportunity of such an amazing education at many other schools. Also, a huge part of it was the coaching staff. Coach (Chris) Bates, (Dylan) Sheridan, (Matt) Madalon, and (Chris) Cooper made me feel right at home and that I’m going to be a part of a tradition like no other. I really liked the fact that the location of Princeton is not too far from my home. The campus is beautiful and I really liked the size of the school.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “I plan to continue to win face-offs and to help put points on the board. I look to be a leader on and off the field for my team and look to do well in our division.”

Other comments: “First, I’d like to thank my parents because without them, I would not be where I am today. My Mom, Michele, and my Dad, Andrew, have given constant support, and guidance and it has led me to become who I am and I can’t thank them enough. They have invested so much of their time on me for lacrosse and it has really helped me prosper.

“I’d like to thank my little brother, Conner, for always pushing me to do my best and sticking to my side.

“A huge thanks to Greg Gurenlian, Chris Mattes, and Jerry Ragonese of The Face Off Academy. They have helped me till no end to get to where I am as a faceoff athlete, and taken their personal time to help me understand both the recruiting, and academic process to ensure that I will be successful.

“I’d like to thank my club coach, Chris Roy for all the help through the recruiting process and really opening my eyes to what elite lacrosse is. Also, coach Malfa for the help on the field.

“Lastly, I want to thank my teammates from my early years of lacrosse to where I am now. I must stay on top of my grades and continue to play to the best of my ability.”

Other schools considered? Princeton, Notre Dame, Villanova, Cornell, Georgetown, Penn State, Delaware, Hofstra, Fairfield, Rutgers, and Sacred Heart.
